15th Annual Bristol Christmas Tour of Historic Homes

Usher in the Christmas Season with an enchanting tour of historic homes. The 15th Annual Bristol Christmas Tour of Homes will take place Sunday Dec. 11, 1:30 to 6:30 pm. This year’s Tour is themed Hearth and Homes after the storm. Many of the homes on the tour had varying degrees of damage. We wanted to acknowledge the response of the community which was a true reflection of its faith, compassion, and resilience.The tour includes homes on both the Virginia and Tennessee sides. The homes in Virginia are 800 Euclid Ave., and First Christian Church, 311 Spencer St. Those in Tennessee are 401 Maryland Ave., 414 Poplar St., 423 Pennsylvania Ave., 401 Pennsylvania Ave., 416 Pennsylvania Ave., and 519 Alabama St.

Tickets for the self-guided tour are $10 per person in advance or $12 the day of the tour. Tickets are available at Country Gallery Florist, 193 Old Airport Road, Bristol, Va. (276) 669-8099. Tickets must be presented at each home and can also be purchased at each residence on the day of the tour. To help minimize the potential for accidents, comfortable low-heeled shoes should be worn . The event, co-sponsored by Premier Printing Company, V. N. Bud Phillips, Jewell Williams, Elizabeth Marshall, Carolyn Thomas, Barbara Barker, Diana Cumbo, Lisa Morton, is a benefit for the East Hill Cemetery.
