The evening’s events will start with children’s activities, crafters, and concessions at 6PM. Live music begins at 7:00PM with JP Parsons & The American Bandwagon followed up by Jon LaDeau around 8:30PM. As always, Border Bash is free to the public!

JP Parsons & The American Bandwagon: Hailed by Pick Bristol as "Bristol's own troubadour," Bristol, Virginia native JP Parsons is no stranger to the music scene – he has been a local favorite for years. With his unique, gripping voice and soulful lyrics, Parsons' music will take you along the journey with him. Parsons' passion for music began with the piano at the age of six and quickly grew into the art of songwriting. Versed in guitar, bass, banjo, piano, lap steel, and even the saxophone, Parsons' natural talent for songwriting, along with his versatile playing style and his love for performance, has gained him a large and diverse fan base across the region. After two well-received performances in 2013's multi-award-winning Bristol Rhythm & Roots Reunion, JP Parsons and The American Bandwagon are pleasing audiences everywhere they play. http://www.reverbnation.com/jpparsons

Jon LaDeau: Jon LaDeau is a songwriter, guitarist, and singer living in Brooklyn, New York. His unique blend of rock & roll is coupled with his blues and country influences. Over the past several years he has performed with his band, as a solo artist, and as a sideman in nearly every state in the United States, along with Switzerland, Italy, and Austria. His band has broken in dance floors all across the country, and after spending five months on the road in 2012, he sold out of his self-titled release. His concerts range from full band affairs to mellow acoustic sets, depending on the mood of the evening. http://www.jonladeau.com/news/
