"Dealing with Irate Customers" at the Bristol Chamber of Commerce

The Bristol Entrepreneurial Center will be presenting "Dealing with Irate Customers" on Tuesday, April 8 at 8:30am at the Bristol Chamber of Commerce. This one-hour training session will teach practical ways to help your employees remain calm and turn an irate customer into a satisfied one. Please RSVP by April 4 by calling 423-989-4850. All classes are free to Chamber members, while the cost for non-members is $35.
