September 09, 2013

Super Supervisors Part I training on September 11 at 8:30 – 10:30 AM at the Bristol Chamber of Commerce. Super Supervisors is a people-skills training seminar needed by all front line supervisors. This interactive video training is the only management training program from the employee's viewpoint. Front line supervisors will learn the people skills they need to connect with their workers and nurture goodwill in the workplace. This workshop focuses on the "What your employees always wanted to tell you but were afraid you would fire them" feedback supervisors need but rarely get from their workers. In this session attendees will learn how to:
• Get a response instead of a reaction
• Meet people’s emotional needs
• Build Goodwill in the Workplace
• Motivate with Respect and Recognition
• The Super Supervisor Role Model
• Operate in the Positive Zone.
