Troutdale Bistro New Years Eve Dinner!

Whether you plan on going out to a party to celebrate New Years or plan on a nice quiet evening at home, why not come to the Bistro for our Fantastic New Years Eve Dinner to start out your evening. Please look over the menu that Executive Chef Chris and his staff will be preparing. We are sure there is something for everyone. FIRST COURSE

Calamari – pepperoncini, provolone and herbs

Spinach and Ricotta Gnocchi – brown butter sage, parmesan

Oysters Rockefeller —

Red Onion Marmalade Flatbread — bacon, boursin cheese, roma
and fresh mozzarella

SECOND COURSE

Lobster Bisque –

House Green Salad with local greens, onions, tomato, cucumber with choice of dressing

Caesar Salad – focaccia croutons shaved parmesan, garlic dressing

Beets and Goat Cheese Salad – roasted beets, red onions, herbed goat cheese form with shallot-sherry dressing
over arugula


THIRD COURSE

Virginia Beach Crab Stuffed Filet – roasted fingerling potatoes, mushrooms, charred tomatoes, local wilted greens and peppercorn veal sauce

Seafood and game Duo -

Lyttle Farm Braised Lamb – papperdelle, carmelized cauliflower, celery and lamb jus

Veal Saltimboca – sage, prosciutto, white wine garlic butter sauce and house made fettuccini

Goat Cheese Ravioli – local butternut squash and sweet potatoes, sage cream, shallot and garlic with choice of chicken or shrimp

House made Fettuccini Carbonara – Templeton Farm eggs, pancetta, peas and shaved reggiano parmesan
with chicken or shrimp

Shrimp and Scallops – over creamy herb polenta, peppers, onions, white wine lemon tobasco butter


FOURTH COURSE

Willie’s Seasonal Cheesecake – Chocolate-Peanut Butter
