Valentine's Day at The Bistro

We are certain that you will see we are offering the best selection and value for one of the finest meals in the area. First Course:
Shrimp Cocktail
with lemon and cocktail sauce

pepperoncini, provolone, prosciutto and herbs

Spinach and Ricotta Gnocchi
brown butter, sage, parmesan

Oysters Rockefeller
bacon, mushrooms, onions and spinach
with a red wine reduction

Red Onion Marmalade Flatbread
bacon, boursin cheese, roma’s and fresh mozzarella

Second Course:
Roasted red pepper, apple & chicken soup with fresh chives

House Green Salad
with local greens, onions, tomato, cucumber with choice of dressing

Caesar Salad
romaine, focaccia croutons, caesar dressing

Beet and Goat Cheese Salad
roasted beets, over mixed greens and arugula with shallot sherry dressingand a goat cheese foam

Third Course:
Virginia Beach Crab Stuffed Filet
confit fingerling potatoes, mushrooms, charred tomatoes, wilted greens and peppercorn veal sauce

Chilean Sea Bass
Pan seared with sweet potato, butternut squash hash with carmelized onions, roasted red peppers, green bean almandine and vanilla bean hollandaise sauce

Lyttle Farm Braised Lamb
papperdelle, carmelized cauliflower, celery and lamb jus

Veal Saltimboca
sage, prosciutto, white wine garlicbutter sauce and house made fettuccini

Lobster Ravioli
with roasted roma’s, mushrooms, spinach & shallots with a sherry cream sauce & fresh chives

House made Fettuccini Carbonara
fresh farm eggs, pancetta, peas and shaved reggiano parmesanwith choice of chicken or shrimp

Shrimp and Scallops
over creamy herb polenta, peppers, onions, white wine lemon tabasco butter

Vegetable Pasta
Pan sautéed fresh vegetables and spinach over angel hair pasta with a white wine lemon butter sauce
