What is YIN? Why might I benefit from adding YIN yoga to my practice? Practicing yin invites us to slow down the body and mind. Join Nicole Putnam for a look at the history and practice of YIN and also participate in a gentle practice. Some experience with basic yoga poses is recommended but this practice is open to anyone interested in learning about YIN yoga.

Cost is $10.
