December 18 | Blackbird Bakery
An evening of Jazz, Blues and R&B featuring "Cleve Edwards Live at Blackbird Bakery", October 25th from 8:00pm to 10:00pm. We are sure you will enjoy this inspiring, life-long musician and accomplished artist!! Mr. Edwards' vocal talents are akin to Michael McDonald and Louis Armstrong...a deep, “bluesy”, soulful style of music. His repertoire is broad and ever changing, and believes no artist can ever “stand still” in his talents and to grow in music is to still have the passion for the artistry.
December 18 | O'Mainnin's Pub
In the early 1970’s, Cleve performed with various well known artists, and opened for big name bands such as Bonnie Raitt, The Four Seasons, Ike and Tina Turner, Johnny Winter, and The Allman Brothers Band, just to name a few.
"Jill with a G", Chuck Knott, and Ryan Kijanka front the funky and fun-loving group The Knotty G's. Established in Asheville, NC, The Knotty G's travel the country sharing their soul-soaked Americana music and sensibilities, serving up a hearty original recipe of pan-seared-boot-stomping-upbeat tunes, slow-cooked-captivating ballads, and even a few beaten-battered-deep-fried covers. In early Summer 2019 they released One Small Glove, their debut album of nine original songs which highlights their genuine approach to music with a homespun organic feel that captures the flavor of what you’ll get when you see this group live. Since this project's recent creation, they've traveled the east coast and beyond, playing festivals including The Ladybug Festival, Wormtown Music Festival, Strange Creek Campout, and Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival. Nothing short of a stir fry of fun, these characters can certainly satisfy even the biggest of musical appetites.

Introducing "ANTHONY WAYNE VIBE" an exciting new band for Anthony Wayne which combines innovative sonic textures and an exhilarating rhythmic direction from a stellar line up. You'll want to keep your eyes and ears on this group!
December 19 | Earnest Tube
With every end comes a new beginning. After the demise of Earth By Train in April of 2018, Anthony Wayne set his sights on a newer sound. A more emotional and sonic experience. Combining aged elements of Funk and Soul and adding a youthful touch of Groove and Jam meets Singer/Songwriter, the new Vibe was slowly being born. There was an attempt several times to get together and write new music with this new sound in mind, however, the Universe had other plans and a last Fall tour for Earth By Train kept that idea at bay. Then during the last few Earth By Train shows, every front man's dream came true. A young Kevin Dotson (electric guitar) came up after the show and asked if he could join the band. With a new electric guitar addition, the sound was shaping itself. A brief email and message courtship later with the talented local drummer/percussionist Michael Dolen landed the three of them at rehearsals only weeks after Earth By Train played it's final show in April 2018. Steady weeks of rehearsing and writing and finally adding the last piece with the addition of Ellis Waddell on bass, Anthony Wayne Vibe was born. Although a "new" band, this super group boasts many years of combined touring and talent. After two months, the Anthony Wayne Vibe debuted itself to over 6K fans in Kingsport,TN.
After the massive response and over 50 plus shows to hone and dial in all of the nuances, the
Anthony Wayne Vibe is setting its sights on 2019 and 2020. With plans to record several EPs and release several live shows for fans and supporters and with the help of
Melody Shack Entertainment, AWV are ready to spend the next few years grinding and hustling to get the word out about the vibe and energy this band is creating. From festivals to small rooms, The Vibe is live.

ABOUT TIME is an intimate retrospective performance art piece to the tune of a piano bar cabaret style show. If you like showtunes, sparkly outfits, pop music, and spilling T, it's an evening you won't want to miss. Oliver had their debut cabaret last year at Bloom Cafe & Listening Room with their show titled ON A HIGH NOTE, and ABOUT TIME is Oliver's follow up performance.
Over the past decade, Oliver has performed in the greater Tri-Cities area in just about any type of show you could imagine. From soft shoe-ing their way through Irving Berlin classics to screaming their face off in a gritty rock musical, Oliver has a vast spectrum of unrecognizable performances under their belt. Known for their transformations, Oliver is no stranger to hiding behind a costume to give an astounding performance. But without a character (or a wig) to hide behind, Oliver is ready to tell the most dramatic and over the top story yet: his own. As the story comes to an end and Oliver prepares to move out of Bristol for good at the end of the year, prepare to hear untold stories and real feelings. Oliver has written both the thank you notes and the burn book. And after 10+ years surrounded by theatre people, Oliver has A LOT to say. Singing songs from your favorite Broadway musicals as well as your favorite pop artists, Oliver will revisit and recount the music from their past and cover new genres (including some special surprises)! If you've ever wondered what really happens behind the velvet curtain, ABOUT TIME is a Will Oliver performance you simply can't skip!
ABOUT TIME will begin at 8PM at Bloom Cafe & Listening Room in Bristol, TN. Pay what you can at the door! $2 domestic drafts all night!
