ASL 1 Course

Registration has begun for American Sign Language classes, which start on March 17 and continue each Thursday through May 15. This 8-week course is brought to you by our Friends of the Library.

Class size is limited, so don't delay!

Attendees will concentrate on fundamental skills such as fingerspelling and basic phrases. The goal of the curriculum is to establish a strong base for everyday interactions, creating a welcoming and encouraging atmosphere for learning. Participants will receive a copy of The American Sign Language Phrase Book, third edition, by Lou Fant.

Registration Required by March 3 Cost: $10 due at registration
