2026 Facade Improvement Grant Applications

This program provides a 50/50 matching reimbursement grant of up to $10,000 per façade for exterior improvements.

Eligible projects may range from small-scale enhancements such as signage, awnings, lighting, and storefront refreshes to

larger rehabilitation or restoration efforts. Projects of all sizes are encouraged to apply.

Projects must be completed within twelve (12) months of the executed grant agreement.

​

2026 Grants eligible for Bristol, Virginia properties, only, and must be physically located within the Historic Downtown District that Believe in Bristol serves.

This project is funded through grants awarded to Believe in Bristol by the Virginia Department of Housing and Community Development.
