Join us on Saturday, August 15, 11:30am—1:00pm for a reading by author and WCYB journalist Kristen Quon as she shares her new children’s book, Chipper Dipper!
Born small and perfectly small, Chipper Dipper loves to run, jump, and play at the dog park with his friends. But one day, everything changes — Chipper grows longer...and longer...and longer! Suddenly, he doesn't quite fit in anymore. His clothes don't fit, the other dogs laugh, and Chipper begins to wonder if being different means he doesn't belong.
Just when he feels most alone, Chipper meets a new friend who shows him something powerful: being different isn't something to hide — it's something to celebrate!
