About the Artist
David Raegan, from Johnson City, TN, developed a passion for astronomy in third grade through Ms. Hawkin's Space Club. His love for the night sky grew alongside his interest in photography, culminating in a memorable experience in 2015 when he captured a stunning one-second exposure of the star-filled sky. This moment sparked his journey into astrophotography, as he realized the camera's ability to reveal what the eye could not see.
