Border Bash, a free summer concert series held annually, is back for its 26th season starting June 12, 2026! Hosted by Believe in Bristol, Border Bash is about fun, family, great music, and creating memories to last a lifetime.
This year, Border Bash celebrates its 26th Anniversary on State Street! The series includes children’s activities, local arts and crafts vendors, and food trucks, in addition to live music and much more. We are proud to be celebrating 26 years of free, live music in Downtown Bristol!

Logan Schmitt is an illustrator who grew up by the woods in Wheeling, West Virginia. His fascination with nature and the small places of the forest are ever-present in his work and are a continual source of inspiration. Stylistically, he uses lots of lines and flat colors to present animals and other natural elements in an otherworldly light. When he isn’t illustrating posters for bands or drawing frogs and fish, you can find him somewhere in the woods, at a show, or down by the creek. He lives in Wheeling, WV with his wife and owl figurines.
