During the preliminary round of the Blue Ridge Comedy Festival 12 comedians will take the stage to perform their best 5 minutes of material.

The top 3 comedians as decided by a panel of judges (and audience write-in votes) will move one step closer to the $1,000 top prize as they are invited to perform 10 minutes in the Semi-Finals Friday Dec. 15.

So come laugh it up and root on your new favorite comedian.
