Featuring Chef Petrina as seen on Beat Bobby Flay & Yes, Chef! and Chef T as seen on Hell's Kitchen (season 14 & 18) Big Restaurant Bet & Yes, Chef! A blindfolded 5 course culinary journey connecting the African Diaspora to Appalachia.
